I work hard to create yummy colors, but I know how hard shopping online can be. It is easy to end up with something that’s not quite what you were looking for. 

If you get a yarn that you don’t love for any reason what so ever, you can request a replacement or refund. 

All you need to do is contact me, within 10 days of receiving the yarn and I’ll send you a new yarn or refund your money. 

Custom Orders: 

Must be paid in full in advance. I’ll send you a photo of the finished yarn for your approval. If you love it, I’ll ship it. If you don’t, I’ll dye you more yarn.  If you don’t like the yarn, once you’ve seen it in person you can return the yarn for a refund or replacement. 

Custom Colorways, Dyed to Order Yarns and Custom Made Items are done on a first come first serve basis. 



I ship USPS using either Priority or First Class mail. 

I try to get packages out within 3 business days. Dyed to Order yarns or Custom Made Items can take 4-6 weeks to ship. 

I don’t have a car and live way up in the mountains, so sometimes there maybe a slight shipping delay. If this happens, I’ll email you and let you know. 

If you need yarn or items within a certain time frame, contact me before ordering to be sure I can your things done on time. 

International Shipping:

I use USPS Prioity Mail to ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any and all Customs or VAT fees.  Please be aware of these fees before you order.
